About The Position

Join our memory-care-focused team supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. You’ll provide calm, consistent routines and use validation/redirection techniques to reduce anxiety and enhance safety—1:1 in the home.

Requirements

• CNA or HHA (required for personal-care dementia cases)
• Current CPR; driver’s license & insurance; reliable vehicle
• Experience with dementia care (home, facility, or family) preferred; we provide paid refreshers
• Work setting: In person (clients’ homes)

Responsibilities

• Person-centered routines: grooming, bathing support, dressing, toileting/incontinence care
• Mobility and transfer assistance; wandering prevention & safe-home practices
• Meal prep, hydration, med reminders, structured activities/cognitive engagement
• Care updates through our app; compassionate family communication
