Requirements
- Must have prior experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients with dementia in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document clients' health and behavior changes.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to stimulate cognitive function.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Administer medications and manage care plans as directed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
