Caregiver with Dementia Care Experience
About The Position
Are you passionate about taking care of seniors with memory loss? As a Dementia Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients with Alzheimer’s or other memory-related conditions. You’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, and offer companionship tailored to their unique needs—helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued every day. Requirements
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client boundaries
- Physically capable of assisting with transfers or lifting
- Comfortable with providing personal care to male clients
- Empathetic and understanding
- Patient, attentive, and able to adapt to different needs and personalities
- Previous caregiver experience preferred.
- Active California Home Care Aide registration.
- Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and active car insurance.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help manage memory-related challenges and behavior changes
- Document care activities and follow individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
