About The Position

Assisting Hands Littleton is seeking compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers to support a client in Highlands Ranch who needs consistent, skilled care 7 days a week . We are committed to building a reliable, consistent schedule so caregivers can develop strong relationships and provide continuity of care. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care or facility)
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Clear background and CAPS check
• Three professional references
• Negative TB test (within 30 days of hire)
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, patient care for a client with Dementia/Alzheimer’s
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Creating a calm, structured, and respectful environment
