About The Position

In this role, you won’t just analyze data — you’ll help design and improve the processes that allow emerging energy resources to support grid reliability and market performance. Working closely with operations, settlements, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll turn insights into action that strengthens the resilience and efficiency of the bulk power system. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how the grid evolves while ensuring today’s markets run smoothly and effectively. Why This Role Matters: As the grid transforms, flexible and distributed resources are becoming essential to maintaining reliability and affordability. Your work will directly support the integration of these resources into wholesale markets — ensuring they perform when needed and deliver real value to the system. If you’re motivated by complex problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and the opportunity to shape the future of energy, this role offers both challenge and purpose.
