About The Position
The Demand Planning Sr. Manager is responsible for the Beer Division Demand Planning function that delivers a consensus depletion forecast as part of the monthly S&OP process through accurate forecasting that drives the operational planning across the supply chain, financial guidance, and strategic Beer Leadership direction. This role involves leading a team of demand planners with the goal of improving forecast accuracy through creating a forecast using foundational machine learning modeling combined with enrichment of information from collaboration with Commercial partners & senior leadership.
