About The Position

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others. Build the systems, insights, and capabilities that power the future of our supply chain. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy, planning technology, and analytics. Play a critical role in shaping how our planners work- leading system implementations, designing scalable solutions, and delivering proactive insights that enable better, faster decisions across the business. You’ll partner closely with planners, technology teams, and cross functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system capabilities. From driving adoption of planning tools to building forward looking reporting and alerts, your work will directly influence how we anticipate demand, manage complexity, and continuously improve how we operate. This is a rare opportunity to move beyond “running the plan” and instead help design the systems, insights, and ways of working that define how planning happens. Your work will improve visibility, reduce friction, and enable smarter decisions—at scale.
