Requirements

  • 6-8 Years Experience in Supply Chain.
  • 3-5 Years Experience in Demand Planning
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar field required.)
  • Demonstrated strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPG environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own's the Category’s 24 month rolling demand plan in both the short & long-term planning horizon.
  • Accountable for Category achievement of Demand Planning KPI’s (Forecast Accuracy, Bias).
  • Manages weekly and daily Demand Planning reporting & distribution.
  • Leads the Demand side of conversations in the Demand Alignment Review meeting with Sales and Marketing.
  • Presents the S&OP forecast in the Demand meeting, including an overview of key assumptions, risks, and opportunities to that forecast.
  • Responsible for understanding and analyzing key business drivers (market share, product data, inventory requirements, competitive activity) to drive improvement in the forecasting process.
