The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast by SKU for the assigned Sales Channel and owning the demand plan. This role acts as a demand planning partner to the Sales Team and reports to the Director of Demand Planning. The manager will partner with the Sales Channel to understand product demands, including promotions, marketing events, historical sales, and door changes. They will provide trends, forecast misses, and other intelligence to help inform the Sales Channel during the Monthly Demand Review. Additionally, the manager will support new product launches and account initiatives by informing pipe and replenishment recommendations, as well as support Supply Planning and Distribution with forecasts to drive production, distribution requirements, and capacity analysis.
