As a Demand Planning Lead, you will Build and strengthen the processes that connect demand planning with cross‑functional partners across the entire Starbucks business. Develop and enhance reporting tools that empower demand planners to improve forecast accuracy and drive better decision‑making. Identify, benchmark, and implement best practices to elevate planning standards and improve consistency across teams.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and planning systems

  • Expertise in demand planning and working knowledge of end to end supply chain functions

  • Development of training, documentation and implementation experience
  • Management of complex stakeholder relationships
  • 5 years of demand planning experience
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent GED

Responsibilities

  • Identify, benchmark, and implement best practices to elevate planning standards and improve consistency across teams.

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
  • For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
