Intern and co-op opportunities can lead to full-time careers, providing a pathway for students to transition into permanent roles within the company. Throughout their time with us, students will engage in real-world responsibilities that include developing effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, supporting management with risk assessments, and proposing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency. Additionally, students will communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management, suppliers, and buyers, monitor changes in sales forecasts and budgets, and conduct monthly forecast maintenance. The program is structured to provide valuable experience, allowing students to address demand-related issues effectively and optimize materials-related reporting for buyers and demand planners.
