As a Demand Planning Analyst Co-Op, you will partner with team members from our five manufacturing locations worldwide, gaining valuable experience that can lead to full-time career opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, supporting management with risk assessments, and proposing solutions to enhance demand forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency. You will also communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management, suppliers, and buyers, monitor changes in sales forecasts, and conduct monthly forecast maintenance. This role is designed to provide you with real-world assignments that will be instrumental as you begin your career in supply chain management.
