As Stemilt’s Sales Demand Planner, you sit at the center of the business—where data, strategy, and operations come together. You’ll connect sales forecasts, inventory availability, and market demand to guide decisions that keep product moving efficiently and profitably. Partnering closely with Sales, Production, Scheduling, and Shipping, you develop accurate forecasts, monitor inventory flow, and support smart allocation decisions that optimize packouts, maximize grower returns, and ensure customers receive the right product at the right time.
