Teton Outfitters LLC seeks Demand Planner in Rigby, ID. Inventory Planning & Allocation: Oversee purchasing and inventory control for samples, raw materials, point-of-purchase merchandising, and production bulk across global warehouses to optimize inventory levels. Global Order Flow Management: Approve preseason orders, monitor backorders, audit incoming purchase orders, and perform inventory transfers to meet B2B & B2C demand in a cost-effective manner. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, compliance, logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth procurement, backorder fulfillment, and inventory issue-resolution. Strategic Forecasting, Buying, & Sourcing: Plan and execute buy review meetings, adjust purchase quantities to avoid supplier surcharges, and support product design and launch through portfolio analysis. Procurement Coordination: Manage purchase orders and consolidate across factories where applicable in order to ensure timely product delivery aligned with seasonal launches and budget constraints. Analyze Product & Style Performance: Conduct monthly style reviews and recommend pricing/promotional strategies to drive revenue. Reporting & KPI Tracking: Create and maintain reports and KPIs related to Griege forecasting, inventory performance, and corrective actions to support strategic decision-making. Financial System Updates: Maintain financial system accuracy by overseeing global price changes and executing inventory adjustments based on audits, cycle counts, and write-offs across four warehouses and seven currencies. Process Improvement & Documentation: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methods, maintain process documentation, and update training materials to enhance operational efficiency. Telecommuting permitted. Position Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, or related, plus 3 years of experience. Required experience must include any amount of experience with all of the following: performing data analysis for purposes of accurate inventory management. performing textile greige forecasting for mass apparel production processes. SQL. developing analytical models for volume forecasting. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. NetSuite ERP software.
