About The Position
As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for planning and leading the long and short-term sales demand process including the development of an in-year and rolling 12-month forecast at both a customer and product SKU levels. You will play a managing role in the Demand Planning organization, acting as a cross-functional liaison between our business teams to collect the necessary inputs to ensure forecast accuracy and bias while achieving sales targets. This role requires a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change and who will work collaboratively with Sales, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and the PLM teams to identify and plan upcoming promotional activities, latest market trends, seasonal market trends, and macro-environmental factors.
