The Demand Planner - Forecasting and Supply Chain leads a subset of the company demand forecast by using data driven statistical software merged with intelligence captured from multiple inputs such as financial plans, market plans, sales plans, and industry information to reach a consensus forecast. This role requires the tact to challenge other functions' assumptions by having a strong understanding of data, different levels of hierarchy forecasts, forecast error, and the drivers and statistics that will help minimize bias. This is a Hybrid role based out of Huntersville, NC, in accordance with the Amerock Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.
