We invite you to join team TravisMathew. The DTC Demand Planner is responsible for developing and executing against seasonal demand and receipt plans. This individual will own the forecasts for a specific tier of retail stores, partnering with key cross-functional partners to create dynamic operational plans designed to meet TravisMathew’s sales, service, and inventory objectives. Collaborate on and execute assortment plans delivered merch team by season/gender/tier. Develop in-season bottoms-up demand and receipt plans by tier, provide size break analysis by region, and provide sku productivity targets and analysis. Execute planning and forecast processes to ensure the timely adherence to sales, service, and inventory objectives. Own the demand review meetings as part of the monthly Consensus and OTB reviews. Manage and maintain forecast models and tools. Review, monitor, and react to in-season performance vs plan. Provide monthly feedback, analysis, and recommendations to retail partners on key actions for upcoming sales periods. Partner with supply and allocations team to monitor inventory, weeks of supply, margin, and inventory turn. Execute against demand planning KPI’s in collaboration with supply chain partners. Partner with Sales Planning, Merch Planning, and Channel leads to drive consensus around seasonal and monthly demand forecasts. Develop and implement tools and process to improve forecast capabilities, efficiency, and accuracy. Partner with Supply and M&D teams to ensure accurate and complete style lists prior to monthly buys. Re-forecast in-season seasonal and core product to provide accurate comp forecast for upcoming season. Build incremental forecasts using event based modeling or similar techniques. Build new product launch or extension forecasts to support company growth and submit accurate demand projections to supply chain. Execute special projects that drive operational efficiency, speed to market and risk management.
