Bectran is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition and drive measurable business growth. This role combines strategic demand generation campaign management with SEO optimization and data analytics to maximize ROI across all marketing channels. As part of our marketing team, you'll work cross-functionally with product development and sales teams to fuel pipeline growth.

  • Create, plan, manage, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads and social media.
  • Drive measurable pipeline impact by executing data-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads, MQLs, and accelerate sales velocity.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated marketing automation workflows and lead scoring models to nurture prospects through the entire buyer's journey.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Create, plan, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and content syndication.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using advanced analytics to optimize effectiveness and find improvement areas.
  • Create compelling ad copy, email campaigns, and landing page content that drives conversions.
  • Develop persuasive marketing copy for various channels, including email sequences, Google Ads, and social media.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in demand generation, digital marketing and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital in SaaS.
  • Strong analytics and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting.
  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines and deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing tactics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and motivation to learn.
  • Marketing experience in B2B SaaS industry.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot for email and marketing automation.
