About The Position

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute our comprehensive marketing strategy. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth by expertly managing campaigns across digital, content, and events, and ensuring tight alignment with the Sales team. You will be the primary engine for turning market interest into qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Demand Generation at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns (paid, social, events, content).
  • Deep proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, ABM strategies, and AI forward.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to track performance and optimize budget allocation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Define quarterly and annual demand goals with Sales leadership.
  • Track ROI, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead strategy for all digital content: Webinars, Replay Programs, Podcasts, and evaluation of Twitch/Office Hours.
  • Manage website content posting (News Releases/Blogs), ensuring SEO/GEO optimization.
  • Manage events: conferences, AI-focused events, Executive Dinners, Roundtables, and Direct Mail campaigns.
  • Drive Outbound Strategy by developing campaign-building assets.
  • Create comprehensive Campaign Briefs and follow-up assets for Sales alignment and maximum lead conversion.
  • Coordinate News Releases via Business Wire.
  • Research and partner with AI influencers and publications to boost awareness.
  • Develop and manage content strategy across LinkedIn (including employee advocacy), X, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute the Customer Summit to drive expansion deals.
  • Co-manage HubSpot with Director of Growth Marketing.
  • Own Inbound Lead Management, Sales Alignment, forms, and campaign tracking.
