We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketer to join our marketing team and lead the development and execution of our demand generation programs. This role will focus on building comprehensive nurture programs, managing paid advertising campaigns, and creating scalable marketing automation workflows that drive qualified pipeline for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B marketing automation, paid advertising, and campaign orchestration, with a proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through demand generation initiatives. Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing roles
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, and reporting)
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions
  • Proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets through marketing programs
  • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation best practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience marketing to finance professionals (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers)
  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial technology companies
  • Marketing automation and paid advertising certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs)
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience
  • Basic SQL knowledge for database segmentation and reporting
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and marketing attribution models

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive nurture program strategies and automated workflow logic in partnership with Marketing Operations
  • Define behavior-triggered sequences, lead scoring models, and segmentation criteria to guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Develop "always-on" marketing program strategies for new database entries and score-based segmentation
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on workflow creation, implementation, and technical execution
  • Collaborate with Content team to determine messaging and timing for each nurture touchpoint
  • Ensure proper lead qualification and routing processes to optimize sales team efficiency
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads platforms
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies targeting enterprise prospects ($500M+ revenue companies)
  • Create and test ad creative, landing pages, and conversion paths to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data analysis and conversion metrics
  • Maintain detailed reporting on paid advertising performance and budget allocation
  • Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaign strategies across multiple channels
  • Define messaging frameworks and campaign logic in partnership with Content and Marketing Operations teams
  • Analyze campaign performance data to determine optimal next touches and engagement strategies
  • Support global campaign initiatives and ensure consistent strategic approach across all touchpoints
  • Develop comprehensive reporting requirements and revenue attribution frameworks
