What We Do We are building a Performance Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) to transform marketing into a measurable growth engine. As Demand Generation Manager, you will be the driver of integrated campaigns that generate measurable demand across our divisions. You will own the campaign lifecycle—from intake and prioritization through launch and optimization—ensuring every program is strategically designed, aligned with divisional priorities, and tied to performance benchmarks. This role requires a results-driven marketer who can turn divisional needs into high-performing campaigns, orchestrating across teams to deliver measurable business impact.
