About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scaling our inbound and demand generation efforts to meet aggressive growth goals. This hands-on position focuses on executing, experimenting, and reporting on inbound programs that drive qualified leads for auto repair shops. You'll work closely with sales teams to ensure high-quality leads, turning marketing efforts into real-world revenue results, all while thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Performance Marketing.
  • Expert-level HubSpot skills with substantial experience in managing automated workflows.
  • B2B SaaS experience, particularly in hitting pipeline targets (SMB or Vertical SaaS preferred).
  • Solid experience with Meta, Google Ads, and CRM marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, CRM, and content.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture flows to maximize conversions.
  • Launch and manage multiple experiments per sprint testing messaging, offers, and channels.
  • Produce content that resonates with shop owners, including videos, case studies, and guides.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assess and improve lead quality and feedback loops.
  • Maintain dashboards to track leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline outcomes.
