We're building a modern marketing engine that drives measurable growth-and we're looking for a Demand Generation Manager who moves fast, experiments constantly, and builds scalable campaigns that convert interest into revenue. This role owns the full-funnel engine for driving demand across new and existing accounts. You'll lead paid and organic acquisition, manage lead flow processes, and design campaigns that bring SeekNow's products and services to market. You'll partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Field Marketing to turn ideas into results-quickly.   • Build and execute full-funnel demand programs that drive pipeline for both new accounts and expansion within existing customers.
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars across channels - email, paid media, social, events, webinars, and SEO.
  • Own campaign strategy for launching new products and services in collaboration with Product and Customer Marketing.
  • Partner with Field Marketing to align regional, event, and account-based demand strategies.
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition programs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and content alignment to increase qualified inbound traffic.
  • Build and test landing pages, lead magnets, and forms to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage lead flows between marketing automation and CRM systems to ensure timely and accurate routing.
  • Build marketing assets that fuel campaigns, including one-pagers, eBooks, email sequences, landing pages, and webinar decks.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate asset creation and personalize content at scale.
  • Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and live sessions to engage prospects and educate the market.
  • Partner with Field Marketing to align content and audience strategies for industry events and tradeshows.
  • Track attendance, engagement, and post-event pipeline influence.
  • Build and monitor dashboards to track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Analyze results, identify trends, and continually optimize campaigns for efficiency and ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain clean data, accurate attribution, and effective automation workflows.
  • 3+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or acquisition marketing.
  • Proven success building campaigns that drive pipeline for enterprise and mid-market audiences.
  • Experience with SEO, paid search, paid social, and webinar programs.
  • Hands-on with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Strong data orientation-able to translate performance metrics into action.
  • Excellent copywriting, project management, and campaign planning skills.
  • Comfortable using AI and marketing automation to accelerate execution.
