The Demand Generation Manager at HCSS is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies aimed at driving growth for the company's software solutions in the construction industry. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a strong background in generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline growth through various marketing channels.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across various channels.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging channels such as digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and events to generate leads.
  • Own the development and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing operations teams to ensure alignment of content with the buyer's journey.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize analytics tools and CRM systems to track and measure KPIs.
  • Establish regular engagement with cross-functional teams, such as Enablement, Product Marketing, BDR and SDR, to ensure effective handoff and follow-up of leads.
  • Oversee and lead a team of Demand Generation Specialists, providing mentorship, guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on achieving collective and individual goals.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation tactics, including digital marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and events.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
