Tealium is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead our Field Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts across one North American territory. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of territory-specific marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales cycles. You will work closely with our Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to build and execute comprehensive marketing plans that include account standups, territory plans, and regional events. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the territory. You will collaborate with sales teams to create and maintain territory plans that align with business objectives and growth targets. Additionally, you will support the development and execution of account standups to align marketing activities with sales priorities. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, including workshops, partner events, and other field marketing activities. Working closely with partner teams, you will create joint event plans that drive co-marketing opportunities and expand reach within the territory. Ensuring events are aligned with overall ABM strategies and territory plans will be crucial to maximizing impact. As the primary marketing liaison for the territory's sales teams, you will provide support and resources to drive pipeline growth and sales acceleration. You will work closely with sales to identify key accounts, develop tailored marketing initiatives, and track progress against goals. Regular communication of marketing plans, event details, and performance metrics to the sales team will ensure alignment and collaboration. Using data and analytics, you will measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, optimizing for better performance and ROI. Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and event ROI, will be essential. You will continuously refine marketing strategies based on data insights and feedback from sales and partners.
