Role Chronus is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our inbound and outbound demand generation efforts and help accelerate growth. This role will own the strategy, execution, and performance of demand generation programs designed to generate pipeline and revenue from enterprise organizations in key verticals. The person filling this role will develop scalable demand generation strategies and execute hands-on campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires both strategic thinking and a willingness to dive in and execute—from launching campaigns and managing vendors to analyzing performance and optimizing results. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with teammates in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure demand generation efforts drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is data-driven, comfortable experimenting with new approaches, and excited by a company mission focused on developing employees who can help their organizations drive meaningful business outcomes.
