Jeni’s is looking for a Demand Forecasting and Allocation Analyst to join our supply chain team. This team member will be responsible for collaborating on a Demand Plan with our Retail Channel (Grocery, Natural, Mass channels, etc.) as well as supporting ice cream allocations to Scoop Shops. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, insights-obsessed and a highly collaborative problem solver. This is a critical cross-functional role working with Supply Chain, Sales & Finance; the qualified person will be able to skillfully explain and build out support cases for decisions. A background in consumer packaged goods and a working knowledge of both allocation and S&OP processes is preferred. This position is based in Columbus, OH and follows a hybrid work schedule. Employees work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
