About The Position

KEITH is seeking a skilled and experienced Deltek Administrator to join our team and support our growing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of Deltek Vantagepoint, with a strong emphasis on data management, reporting, and dashboard development using SQL. This role requires a deep understanding of Deltek systems, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience administering Deltek Vantagepoint
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards and reports.
Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and project management principles within Deltek.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and train end-users.

Nice To Haves

Experience with database management and data integration tools is preferred.
Deltek certifications or related professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and optimize Deltek Vantagepoint, including system configurations, workflows, and user security.
Ensure data integrity through monitoring, analysis, clean‑up efforts, and support of data integrations (including API and ETL).
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and user‑defined components using SQL and advanced Excel to support business intelligence and decision‑making.
Gather and translate business and reporting requirements from stakeholders into effective, tested system solutions.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability.
Audit and manage user roles, permissions, and security to maintain compliance and governance standards.
Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and best practices.
Provide user support and training to drive adoption and effective utilization of Deltek tools.
Stay current on Deltek product updates, releases, and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing objectives and assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
