Who are we hiring? During Arena events, the Delta Server Assistant works at food stations, busses tables and assists with any guest inquiries. This individual exhibits a warm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times to further enhance the guest experience. What will you do? Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event. Responsible for Club stations during service to include: keeping stations stocked, neat and clean; running food from kitchen/pantry; serving food; preparing coffee beverages. Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed. Adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations and Company’s alcohol service guidelines. Position could be assigned to another area within Premium, as per Local 100 contract and call sheet order. What do you need to succeed? Special Requirements Able to walk and stand during the entire shift. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
