As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) you will be the senior executive responsible for defining and driving the overall technology strategy for an organization. This role ensures that technology investments support business objectives, enable innovation, and strengthen the organization’s competitive position across global or regional markets. A background in hands-on solutioning on Private cloud environments is a mandatory requirement for this role. The work involves building industry specific offerings for Private AI based on Dell Technologies, guiding early technical discovery and solution direction shaping for priority opportunities, aligning client needs and target architectures with Dell Technologies–based Private Cloud and Private AI platform strategy and Accenture methodologies. It also includes evaluating alternative solution options across technical, business, and delivery dimensions to ensure opportunities are strategically sound, commercially viable, and positioned to strengthen competitive advantage before entering formal pre‑sales. The CTO will guide and oversee pre‑sales solutioning activities for priority opportunities, including shaping solution approaches, validating scope and estimates, and articulating technical value propositions, ensuring alignment between client requirements, Dell Technologies platform capabilities, and Accenture delivery models to support competitive, differentiated pursuits entering formal sales cycles. The role contributes to technology thought leadership by shaping and sharing strategic perspectives on Dell Technologies–enabled Private Cloud and Private AI platforms, architectures, and innovation trends, providing informed input into points of view, client discussions, and internal forums to support market positioning, differentiate Accenture offerings, and influence technology strategy across regions and markets. Additionally, the CTO will enable sales, solutioning, and delivery teams by translating Dell Technologies platform strategy and architectural direction into reusable guidance, assets, and narratives, supporting consistent execution through alignment on methods, partner plays, and solution patterns to scale capability and accelerate high‑quality pursuits across markets. Technical leadership across priority initiatives by setting architectural direction, guiding technical decision‑making, and advising stakeholders on Dell‑based Private Cloud and Private AI platforms, integration, and delivery considerations is also a key part of the role, ensuring solutions align with Accenture standards, partner strategies, and long‑term technology objectives while enabling consistent, high‑quality execution across markets. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Private Cloud, spanning the full lifecycle—from solution design and architecture through implementation, operations, and optimization—combining deep technical execution with functional responsibilities such as requirements definition, solution shaping, and stakeholder collaboration, with proven expertise in the Dell Technology Stack
Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience supporting Financial Services environments, including exposure to industry specific requirements, regulatory considerations and enterprise scale operating models
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

Build industry specific offerings for Private AI based on Dell Technologies
