Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with hand and shop tools, mechanical assembly, or repair of mechanical/electronic devices.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with computers, Outlook, and Internet applications; healthcare experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment safely.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and set up medical supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Train patients and caregivers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Perform cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on durable medical equipment.
  • Conduct basic home safety assessments and complete required documentation.
  • Maintain company vehicle, follow safety policies, and ensure equipment is transported securely.
  • Collect payments and obtain patient signatures to facilitate accurate billing.
  • Assist with inventory management, shipping, and other warehouse duties as needed.
  • Participate in continuing education, including safety, infection control, and new product training.
