Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience with hand and shop tools, mechanical assembly, or repair of mechanical/electronic devices.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with computers, Outlook, and Internet applications; healthcare experience a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Deliver and set up medical supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
Train patients and caregivers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Perform cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on durable medical equipment.
Conduct basic home safety assessments and complete required documentation.
Maintain company vehicle, follow safety policies, and ensure equipment is transported securely.
Collect payments and obtain patient signatures to facilitate accurate billing.
Assist with inventory management, shipping, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Participate in continuing education, including safety, infection control, and new product training.
