About The Position
Healthkeeperz is seeking a reliable, compassionate Home Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to join our DME team. In this role, you will deliver and set up essential medical equipment, teach patients how to use it safely, and ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly. You are often the face of Healthkeeperz in patients’ homes—and your work directly supports their safety, comfort, and quality of life. If you enjoy serving others, problem-solving on the go, and working with purpose, this role offers meaningful, hands-on impact every day.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to support patients during stressful moments.
- Comfort working in a variety of home environments.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- High school diploma required.
- At least one year of delivery, logistics, or medical experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities
- Deliver, install, and pick up medical equipment.
- Provide friendly, clear instructions to patients and caregivers on equipment use.
- Complete pre-trip inspections, delivery documentation, and service logs.
- Clean, inspect, and label equipment according to company policies.
- Fill and distribute portable oxygen tanks following FDA and company guidelines.
- Represent Healthkeeperz with professionalism and compassion during every interaction.
