About The Position

The Delivery Supervisor plays a key leadership role within our operations team, responsible for overseeing daily delivery activities, ensuring accurate end-of-shift check-ins, and maintaining proper invoicing and inventory control. This position serves as the primary point of contact for delivery drivers, ensuring that all routes are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse supervision preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and communicate with all delivery drivers throughout the day to ensure efficient route execution and timely deliveries.
Conduct thorough driver check-ins at the end of each shift to verify completed invoices, returned product, and route documentation.
Review and reconcile daily delivery reports to ensure accuracy in invoicing and inventory accountability.
Address delivery discrepancies, product returns, and customer service concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the operations and warehouse teams to maintain delivery accuracy and operational efficiency.
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and performance expectations.
Assist in the development and coaching of drivers to promote continuous improvement and high performance.
Track and report all Delivery KPIs
Help oversee the Keg Sales side of the operation and ensure warehouse cleanliness throughout the day.
Assist with inventory cycle counts for product on hand as well as return product going back to the brewery.
