About The Position

The Delivery Station Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers in-person, via phone, and through email. This role involves resolving customer issues, prioritizing customer needs, and upholding company values while ensuring a positive customer experience. Associates will work in a dynamic environment, handling various customer inquiries and maintaining high standards of communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent diploma.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
