About The Position

This remote position is crucial for the successful delivery of projects, managing the full lifecycle across various disciplines. The role involves overseeing project management, financial management, vendor management, and delivery operations to ensure efficient execution and compliance with established standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Project Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Software Development, Infrastructure, Vendor Management, and Financial Institutions.
  • Project Management Certification preferred, Certified Scrum Master preferred, SAFE 6.0 Certification preferred.
  • Ability to track and manage SOW/Contract for multiple projects.
  • Ability to manage invoicing and reconciliation across multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Execution Methodologies or Frameworks (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Ability to track and report on resource and financial forecasts across multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing large amounts of data.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end delivery lifecycle from system or data design to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project initiation, planning, budgeting, and approval processes for internal and enterprise projects.
  • Partner with senior staff to facilitate project intake and evaluate new requests for scope alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, maintain essential documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards including SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Administer project financial activities such as expenses, reforecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Facilitate vendor management activities including the creation and monitoring of purchase orders, SOWs, and contracts.
  • Provide support in onboarding new team members and guiding existing team members to adhere to established processes and standards.
  • Evaluate opportunities to streamline processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
