About the Position Delivery Specialists are responsible for delivering and installing televisions and appliances in customer’s homes. Delivery Specialists will remove the existing defective television or appliances. Specialists will secure products inside of a box truck, package and unpackage products in a way that prevents damages. The Specialists are responsible for driving the box trucks as part of a team of Delivery Specialists.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, delivery, appliance installation or related required.
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass DOT medical examination
  • Class A or B license preferred
  • Ability to secure F endorsement, if require by licensing state required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service in all personal interactions
  • Deliver customer’s products to residential locations
  • Install and setup televisions and appliances
  • Remove defective products from residential locations
  • Package return goods for safe delivery to Samsung distribution centers
  • Update customers about delivery times and expectations
  • Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulatory requirements
  • Follow state and county laws and ordinances
  • Required to follow company policy, participate in required trainings and keep truck clean.
  • Maintain driver’s daily logs on Electronic Logging Device (ELD), trip reports and other documents as required.
  • Conform to all relevant Department of Transportation (DOT) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining expenses and use of a company credit card.
