The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position will also collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns. The role involves operating company vehicles, using delivery fleet management hand-held devices, ensuring vehicles are clean and maintained, and securing company assets. Additionally, the specialist will handle customer returns, communicate customer needs to management, report vehicle issues, and ensure vehicles are fueled and secured. Other duties may include customer service, stocking, merchandising, and running errands, and occasionally assisting customers, serving as a cashier, and/or helping with merchandising tasks when business dictates.
