We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our team and play a key role in creating exceptional vehicle delivery experiences. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with a knack for explaining complex systems in simple terms
- A customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- A valid driver license with a clean driving history
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive, retail, or customer service a plus
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the features and operations of their new vehicle
- Provide hands-on support with technology setup, including phone pairing and infotainment systems
- Ensure each customer leaves with a clear understanding of their vehicle's capabilities and functions
- Deliver a personalized, informative, and engaging experience that builds trust and satisfaction
