Job Summary Effectively communicate with a variety of professionals at all levels of the organization Work with Managers to help identify skill sets needed along with providing a qualified candidate pool Conduct intake sessions and supplier calls Interview scheduling Manage vendor protocol that aligns with program policies Attend weekly meetings with team and other stakeholders Full life cycle management of requests Develop reporting that meets the needs of the business group Support onboarding & offboarding Provide weekly updates for new hires Maintain daily/weekly req report (open contract positions) Work with MS office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel Support future business unit roll-outs Coordinating first day orientation for contractor hires with several different groups, including IT, Facilities, and Security Conduct supplier reviews (scorecards) Vetting suppliers for program access Assisting with Quarterly Business Reviews Assist with training managers, suppliers, contractors (on systems, processes, etc.) in formal settings, online or 1:1 Qualifications Pinnacle Group is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with a variety of professionals at all levels of the organization
