Requirements

At least 1 year of delivery or long-haul driving experience with a clean driving record, ready to navigate diverse routes.
2+ years of customer service experience, with a knack for building trust and delivering memorable partner experiences.
Comfort with technology, including delivery apps and inventory systems, with a hunger to master new tools.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment with flexible schedules and occasional overtime.
Ability to drive a company-provided van or car for 8–12+ hours daily, navigating with confidence and care.
Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs, with ease in stooping, stretching, twisting, and bending.
Strong vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and maintain precision.
Reliable, punctual attendance, ready to tackle every shift with energy and commitment.

Responsibilities

Execute daily B2B deliveries to cannabis dispensaries with speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer service, strengthening our partner relationships.
Optimize delivery routes and inventory management using cutting-edge tech to boost efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to share insights, solve challenges, and drive process improvements.
Handle cash and product pick-ups securely, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to company SOPs.
