At Event Source, we are looking for dedicated Delivery Service Representatives (DSRs) to join our team. As a DSR, you will be responsible for handling multi-stop deliveries and pickups for both corporate and residential clients within our service markets. This role is crucial in ensuring that our furniture-type items are loaded and unloaded onto various-sized vehicles, and that deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner. You will also be involved in the setup and breakdown of items at different venues, which requires a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail. In this position, you will drive various-sized vehicles, including Sprinters and 26' box trucks (non-CDL), to complete deliveries and pickups. Exceptional customer service is a key component of this role, as you will be expected to ensure on-time deliveries while collaborating with our team to handle events seamlessly. You will coordinate closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate handling of equipment and fulfillment of orders. Quality control inspections will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain our high company standards. Safety is paramount in this role, and you will be expected to adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) procedures while operating potentially hazardous equipment. The work environment will vary, as you will be required to work indoors and outdoors in different locations and weather conditions. Physical demands include bending, lifting, and repetitive movements, so a strong physical capacity is essential. Our Delivery Service Representatives earn an average of $76,000 per year, with a $1500 sign-on bonus available.
