About The Position

Weee! Inc is looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Service Provider (DSP) to manage last-mile deliveries in Clifton, NJ. The DSP will oversee a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and professional delivery of packages while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A registered business entity with the ability to contract delivery services.
• Fleet of vehicles (Cargo Vans) suitable for package delivery.
• Proof of insurance covering vehicles and drivers.
• Experience managing logistics, dispatching, and driver performance.
• Strong operational infrastructure, including driver training and route optimization.
• Capacity to scale operations during peak periods.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and delivery accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a team of delivery drivers to fulfill assigned routes.
• Ensure drivers comply with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
