This role functions as the branch’s primary operational leader after the Branch Manager, ensuring efficient, safe, and customer‑focused execution across delivery, warehouse, and internal coordination. Position Overview The Delivery Services Manager oversees all delivery‑related activities while contributing to broader branch operations. This includes scheduling and routing, driver communication, equipment readiness, fleet maintenance, safety, customer updates, and coordination with warehouse and inside sales teams. As the branch’s second‑in‑command, the Delivery Services Manager is expected to develop proficiency in all major operational processes—delivery, warehouse flow, inventory movement, customer service workflows, compliance, and daily branch procedures—to ensure seamless operational coverage and consistent service quality.
