Requirements

• A valid CDL.
• Clean driving background, drug screen and DMV record.
• Outgoing, cheerful demeanor that loves interacting with customers, peers and team members.
• Positive, respectful, 'can-do' leadership attitude.
• Ability to motivate the team on a daily basis.
• Money driven mindset with a service driven work ethic.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds.
• Ability to recruit, train and lead exceptional employees.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and managing a team of 3-5 route drivers.
• Managing the inventory of the facility.
• Hands-on assistance with routes and deliveries where required.
• Learning and utilizing operational systems and procedures.
• Leading a warehouse facility with attention to detail and great organization and accountability.
