Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects in fast-paced, global technology environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent project management training) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex systems and apply structured problem-solving.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, and apply data.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Lead North American projects from kickoff through full go-live.
  • Manage delivery timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations.
  • Oversee our system setup, client requests, and overall system stability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams including Operations, Customer Success, Product & Sales.
  • Build strong relationships, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and client concerns.
  • Escalate issues as needed and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Track and report on KPIs to measure delivery success and project health.
  • Conduct post-project reviews, analyze results, identify trends, and optimize delivery workflows.
