As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this role, you will define and develop a multi-year strategy and roadmap for third-party data center delivery execution. This includes building and leading a team of project managers to oversee project execution from initial design through to completion, focusing on process optimization, portfolio/project health (e.g., cost, schedule, scope) reporting, understanding contractual limitations/liabilities, building scalable solutions, and leveraging technology/automations to meet growing business demands. You will provide strategic and tactical leadership over third-party data center and offsite infrastructure projects, developing project managers, and serving as the partner/vendor development lead for key developers and construction contractors. You will be focused on design, construction, and capital project support for ongoing operations. You are a proactive manager and subject matter expert with experience developing technical facilities. Above all else, you strive to develop a forward-thinking and collaborative culture among the various project stakeholders.
