As a member of our Bulldog Cartage Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. Our Truck Drivers are required to have excellent customer service skills, a Class A CDL and ensure safe and efficient deliveries to our customers. Requirements

At least one year of truck driving experience.
Ability to drive a stick shift truck (manual transmission).
Valid Class "A" CDL stick shift interstate license.
Flatbed hauling experience.
Valid medical card.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to drive a stick shift truck (manual transmission).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to interact with both internal and external customers.
Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong mathematical aptitude for tracking materials and completing trip logs.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
Fluent in English to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

Operate various trucks (straight boom truck, semi-tractor trailer) safely and efficiently.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting any issues.
Follow delivery and pick-up instructions from the dispatch team.
Unload cargo at customer destinations with care and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of transported materials and products.
Promptly report incidents/accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain daily and monthly trip logs according to local, state, and federal guidelines.
Adhere to company safety policies and industry standards.
Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
