You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Finance Accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable Processing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations for all AP related activities (void checks, returned mail, fraud affidavits, etc).
• Act as the point of contact for AP related escalations.
• Manage critical processes for client escheatment state fillings, unclaimed property, and 1099s.
• Evaluate and submit funds and file reports for unclaimed customer property based on state escheat requirements.
• Establish and maintain procedures for identifying and filing unclaimed property based on escheat laws for each state.
• Review preliminary application reports that identify funds subject to each state's escheat requirements.
• Coordinate the printing and mailing of due diligence letters.
• Participate in unclaimed property audits conducted by the respective states.
• Keep abreast of changes to state statutes regarding escheat requirements.
• Manage offshore teams independently and oversee MVW processes and team in Delhi.
• Work with Disbursements and Card Programs Lead in Knoxville and offshore teams to meet daily deliverables/SLAs/KPIs, scorecards in Disbursements.
• Design, implement, manage and support accounts payable activities for the organization.
• Conduct analysis and solve moderately complex problems.
• Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures.
