The Technical Delivery Manager - This role serves as the main customer success contact whose responsibility it is to ensure a seamless customer experience. As the liaison between the customer and our internal teams, key responsibilities would include: - Managing and coordinating all support requests and customer communications. - Prioritizing requests and allocating them with the appropriate internal resources. - Working with OEM support to ensure tickets are opened correctly with the respective vendors. - Tracking OEM tickets on behalf of the customer through resolution.
