About The Position
The Delivery Manager is responsible for supervising the delivery team and optimizing the delivery department to support the company's sales goals, policies, and budget. This full-time position requires local travel to account sites, typically driving a company vehicle. The Delivery Manager reports to the Director of Customer Service and supervises Route Representatives (Van Drivers and Bike Couriers) and Delivery Support Specialists.
